The jury of the ICCC 2025 is introducing.

Jurymitglied: Jennifer Tham

Yuval Weinberg

Yuval Weinberg is the chief conductor of the SWR Vokalensemble Stuttgart and frequently collaborates with leading ensembles across Europe, including the Bavarian Radio Choir, Bachchor Salzburg, Chorwerk Ruhr, Norwegian Soloists Choir, Netherlands Radio Choir, Rundfunkchor Berlin, and the Turkish State Choir. His recent CD recordings with the SWR Vokalensemble Stuttgart were awarded the Diapason d'Or and the German Record Critics' Award. Other honors include the Gary Bertini Prize for Choral Conductors (2016), first prize at the International Choir Conducting Competition in Wroclaw (2014), and the Best Conductor distinction at the Internationaler Kammerchor-Wettbewerb Marktoberdorf (2017).

Yuval studied choral conducting at the Norwegian Academy of Music and Hochschule für Musik ‘Hanns Eisler’ in Berlin with Prof. Grete Pedersen and Prof. Jörg-Peter Weigle. He is regularly invited to lead masterclasses at music academies and institutions across Europe, including programs like Forum Dirigieren and Dirigentløftet. Yuval also has a strong focus on working with young singers, having collaborated with Eurochoir (2019-2022), the German National Youth Choir, the Norwegian National Youth Choir (2017-2019), and the Meesters&Gezellen project in the Netherlands.

 

 

For the International Federation for Choral Music, Jennifer Tham co-coordinates the Asia Pacific Working Committee. She represents Singapore on the World Choir Council, serving on jury at the World Choir Games since 2004, and at festivals in China, Finland, France, Germany, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, Poland and the USA since 2003.
